Billing questions.

Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings → Plans.
Why do you ask for a card on the free plan?
We ask for a card to start any plan. On the free plan you won’t be charged unless you choose a paid plan or buy credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Fintra lets you know when you’re running low. When you run out, buy a top-up or wait for your plan’s credits to refresh. Your Balnzed books stay fully available the whole time.
Do demo answers use my credits?
No. Exploring a sample business in demo mode is free.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Taxes may apply at checkout depending on where you are.
