Connector questions.

Who can set up a connector?
An owner or admin of your Balnzed organization turns a connector on and connects it. After that, everyone in the channel or space can use Fintra there. For WhatsApp, each person links their own phone.
Does Fintra read all of our messages?
No. Fintra only reads the channels, spaces and direct messages it’s been added to. In Slack it answers in the one channel you choose, so it never reads conversations it wasn’t invited to.
Can people approve drafts from chat?
Yes, when “Allow approvals from chat” is on for that connection. Owners and admins can turn it off at any time, and then approvals only happen in Fintra.
Do questions in chat use AI credits?
Yes, the same as asking in the Fintra web app. Your Usage page shows every question, wherever it was asked.
Can Fintra send or delete email?
No. The Gmail connector is read-only. Fintra reads emails that match your rules and prepares drafts for you to approve.
